Yes, this building was on the right side of the autopista when driving from Francia. I guess it already has been demolished by the construction of the Perpignan-Figueras TGV track. The main difference between the spanish and the french side of the pyréneés is ofcourse the climate. The french side is more humid due to condensation of moist air from the Atlantic. The spanish side gets dryer air from the south.
