Daylight Saving Time ended on Sunday, November 6, 2011 at 2:00 AM. Most clocks went back an hour at that time. ;)

This is the Clock Tower that sits in the middle of my town. It used to sit atop the "oldest courthouse in the state of North Carolina".

When the building was torn down to make way for bigger and better, this four sided clock was saved. It has refurbished clockworks so that the hands on the clock go round and round. The old Macon County Courthouse was built in 1829.

A recent development, only about a decade ago, street lamps appeared as some power lines were buried in Historic Downtown Franklin.
