Hello Volkan,

nice to see that you are back with photos.

This night image looks great - as always. The coloured reflection of the city lights in the water is magnificent.

My greetings to you and Chicago, Andreas

Volkan, I just saw this photo on the 'all' tab for Boston, and thought it was mine that I posted just the other day! It looks like you even got some stars in yours, as well! Were you here in October, or November?

Andreas, Kamaly, Olivier and Bunyamin Bey,

thanks for your messages. Yes, amazing coincidence that brother :) Kamaly's picture and mine are very similar :) Boston and it's surroundings are amazing. It deserves many more nice shots to be posted. I'll do my best for that :)

For those who can see X-3D, I posted the 3D version of this shot as well.

Best wishes from Chicago, Volkan

OK, I just went back to my shots from last week (Nov. 27), and found this other one that I took a bit east, at the spot where Volkan located his. I just uploaded it totally uncropped. It looks like the only real differences are the number of car lights along Storrow Drive!

For anyone not familiar with Boston/Cambridge who thinks we're playing games, the EXIF info on mine is visible in the 'Photo Extra Information' link. But the similar photos really aren't so mind-boggling. These are sort like the standard shots of Niagara Falls: both locations are at the rare spots on the parkway along the river where one can pull over to take a photo of a very photo-worthy view. (Also, I'd be sister kamaly. When I chose my screen name, I didn't know that my name was a rather common one in the Middle East. :-) ) Cheers!

Sister Kamaly :) thanks for posting your "the exact match killer shot ". Mine was taken 3 nights after your at 23:58 nearly midnight.

In Turkish "Kemal" means "mature minded person" and is name for man like in the case of Mustafa Kemal Ataturk

Again in Turkish, the similar sounding name "Cemile" is for ladies.

Best wishes, Volkan :)
