Dado que Chile esta en el hemisferio Sur, el sol alumbra desde el oriente-norte-poniente, me parece que la vista en esta foto es hacia el poniente, Correcto?. For those willing to visit this area, it is not that far from Santiago, maybe two and a half hour. South to Rancagua and head east and then south.

Hola merlin38. Eran las 16 hrs de un día de primavera y el sol estaba a unos 45º sobre el horizonte (W). Las sombras apuntan hacia el este sureste (ESE) y la fotografía está tomada hacia el sur suroeste (SSW). It was a spring day in the afternoon about 4 o´clock. The sun was about 45º above the horizon (W). The shadows point toward the east southeast (ESE) and the photograph is taken to south southwest (SSW). Santiago distance 90 Km from Rancagua, and this place is about 1 hour from Rancagua. Regards
