Cool shot, nice set up!
This is a great picture showing a history of a tug boat with a barge in tow. The three white lights (streaks) are on the masthead of the tug telling mariners that it is towing a barge; the faint red light/streak under the white lights is the tugs Port runnibg light; the bright red light/streak is the bardge's Port running light; the two yellow lights/streaks are the tugs stern lights also telling mariners the tug has a tow.
That's very interesting, Cap'n Jerry! I didn't look at the lights very closely, and I couldn't interpret them as precisely as you did anyway. Thanks!
