WELL DONE SIR!!
On a scale(pun) of one to ten, I give it ten (it knocks spots offa my efforts at whittlin')
I hear you Mike! He also made leather wallets. Quite a talented gentleman and a great guy!
It's the coffee he is drinking that makes him so able.
Ah that's it JB! Now I know why I can't carve & I guess I never will:)
Oh he sure is looking proud about his job, great portrait Joy, like , best wishes Karin
Thanks Karen! He was such a gem of a person. I don't often get up the courage to ask for a portrait but couldn't pass this one up. Glad you liked it:)
Glad to hear that...hope he gets it resolved soon. I forwarded this on to Margot & then saw that you had sent her the link you sent me. As always amazing photos!
Wonderful portrait. Does the colorful fish serve a purpose other than just being pretty?
Thanks Jean! I don't often get up the nerve to ask for a portrait shot. So I was real pleased with how this one turned out. He was a super nice guy. If I remember correctly this colorful fish is a lure for a bigger fish.
What a sweet photo! I, too, am shy about taking pictures of people (unless they can't see me!). I suppose that is because I'm a beginner. LIKE very much.
What a great character shot! I am missing you and will send you an email in a little while! :)) I am so proud. I am finally into October here.
Thanks Diane! I still am not great but starting with a nice guy like this is the way to go. You should try it sometime. I enjoyed my little peak in your gallery the other day. Hope to get back on Pano soon:} You will do great with your site.
LOL Margot! I was just thinking about you on the way home tonight and that I needed to write you:) Glad to hear someone is catching up...don't know if I am ever going to make it...but do hope to have a little time here & there soon. Will be looking for your e-mail.
