Nothing short of amazing. An image like this would make me very proud!
Bloody hell... Zoomed in, it's incredible. One can almost see individual people in the offices!
Sigh* Thanks for the visit and comments, too bad you can't see the original. Panoramio limits uploads to 50 megapixel while the original was over 150 megapixel, I had to downsize this by a factor of 3 to get it to upload. Cheers --- Ken
Do you use Hugin to stitch? The pano is worthy of selling prints in the tourist shop. again very nice!
Thanks again Dave, I have used Hugin but not for this one. I first processed each of the 3 shot brackets in Photomatix then stitched them in Photoshop CS3. There was a stitching error all the way down the center I cleaned up using the clone tool and another apparent on this one that I only recently noticed, it's above the left bridge. The most difficult part of processing this was getting the color right, I first did some global levels tweaks to each of the RGB channels, after getting the majority of the image where I wanted the color I then made a few feathered selections and repeated the color adjustments at the local level. This was necessary because the mixed lighting sources caused areas of unnatural color casts.
Thanks for your comment Debra glad you could stop and visit! Cheers from Portland --- Ken
