It's a term that Annick taught me, commenting on another of my photos. "Low angle shot" is one way of saying it in English. Looking upwards. Annick also started a forum page for them, and I've just added the tag, looking through my shots to see what I think fit the description.
We got about 15cm of snow Saturday night. My husband and I were at a concert in Toronto, (normally 1 1/4 to 1 1/2 hours away) and the last part of the drive home was bad. But he drove carefully and we arrived safely. Cheers, Marilyn

Thanks, Alex. I commented only briefly on the link you sent because I was leaving for a meeting, and I wanted you to hear from me before I got back and you were asleep! I've just checked a few pages of your collection, and you have a number of good contre-plongée shots, including minarets in Tunisia, the bell tower at Sacre Cour, and a picture of Sacre Cour itself.
