Your queries enhance my knowledge!

I learn that the golden field is of oil seed rape, and has come to be grown more since the 1970's. It appears to enrich the soil so that wheat can be grown there the next year. Also it provides vegetable oil for cooking.

I do not kwow what kind of sapor has the rape but it is interesting and curious for me enormously! :)
