OK, next time there's a storm brewing, let me know and O'll think about you getting me in the best position!

Faschinating, Amelia! Like very much!

Yes Marianne, at least 2 people drowned off the coast at Eigersund. 3 people had managed to get out of their boat on to the rocks, but sadly 2 of them were taken by waves out to sea again. It was dangerous weather, but I was standing behind a wall 1 metre high at the time.

We've got a storm again now, but I'm still drying off the camera Bonnie Lad :)))

Hello Bedri, and thank you for your kind words. I fact this is not a black and white photo, maybe you can see that there is a bit of green in the waves; but the weather was very grey!

Warm greetings to you from Norway, Amelia

Oh, dear Amelia, the Hurricane Berit meant it seriously and it was for sure a well launching :) In spit of all (I read your self-critical note), a nice taken shot!

Warm greetings

Absolutely cracking stuff here, Amelia.. and easy YS. Just imagine being in the lighthouse with that sea crashing onto the rock...

Very dramatic! You get the impression that this could nearly have become the last picture ever taken with that camera! Good on you for getting out in the wind and spray! Did you use a protective bag for the camera?
