Thank you Luud and Epi!

These little animals aren't on the list of the desired animals, but they look sweet and innocent when they are young, like this one.

Cheers,

Kariklea

Hello Rom@nce!

Yes, it is true that it is hard to take a shot from a rat because they run away.

Perhaps this rat had eaten poison because he was moving in slow motion and wasn't distracted at all by the camera and me. That's how i had the chance to take severall shots from him.

Cheers, Kariklea

Nice shot, Kariklea! Is it really a rat? I've never seen one. It sure has a fat tail. He looks nice on the brown leaves. Hopefully he won't be trapped by the plastic bag.

Greetings, Ryan

I would like to speak up in defense of rats: they make great pets, are smart, are most helpful in psychological studies. Ever watched a kid with his white rat pet? Best friends!

Kariklea David on December 11, 2007

Hi Ryan! Yes it is a real rat. A little one. ;) I didn't wanted to move the plastic bag because i was worried that he would run away.

I agree with you Bartowian, they are very inteligent. I like the hamsters more than the rats. ;)

Cheers, Kari

Greetings Kariklea, What a cute little fellow. We seldom see wild rats in our area. We do have a very healthy population of red tail hawks and eagles. That might be why.

Cheers,

Rich

Kariklea David on December 17, 2007

Hello Rich,

To say the truth, I haven't seen rats from a long time ago. So I had a lucky day. ;)

Cheers, Kari
