A finales del siglo XVI, bajo la dirección y diseño de Juan de Herrera, se inicia la construcción de la Casa de Oficios, que no se finalizará hasta el siglo XVII. Su función era el mantenimiento y administración del Real Sitio, especialmente en época de Jornadas Reales, que en Aranjuez se realizaban en los meses de primavera.


In the late sixteenth century, under the direction and design by Juan de Herrera, began the construction of the Trades House, which was not completed until the seventeenth century. Its function was the maintenance and administration of the Royal Site, especially in time of actual working days, which were held in Aranjuez spring months.
