Wearing his distinctive leather jacket....and with more foot pedals than a Wurlitzer organ....here..performing in York ...we have the pleasure of listening to the electronic talents of....Ed Alleyne Johnson....Dj.....
Wow, "a prolific busker since art school" well spotted and thanks for tickling our interest David
Best wishes to you and yours - Jethro
Great photo, Dave, and thanks for the link and information. Always good to support the local musicians in whatever country around the world! Peace and Merry Christmas from USA, Rod
Thanks....Jethro.....and....Rod.....Ed can be seen drawing large crowds regularly in York...He has also worked in Chester...too... but unbelievably he kept getting moved on...due to 'pavement congestion'....I mean - cor ! blimey !- isn't street entertainment a big part of a city ?.../.In the photo he was tucked away behind market stalls ....so no fine York city scene backdrops....Cheers again from...Dj.....

Nice capture DJ. I love to see these buskers around our towns, especially accordion players. I have never seen this guy, but judging from the video clip provided in your link, it must be good to see and hear him live in the streets. Coincidently, I have just posted a rare portrait named 'The Busker' too. Anyway I naturaly like this one.
