Where are the Architechs and Designers? What they did to that building laughable, those colors?, what is that. I left Cuba in 1979, and " I know" that with Castro or withouth, there is enough talent to create first class work. This is a vivid example of the lack of organization and control in the maintanance of the infrastruture.
I fully agree with the lack of taste and all those ugly green colors so prevalent in Cuba. It may come from the Verde Olivo or from tons of dye left by the Russians. Our beachfront house in Cuba was painted green and my wife wanted to go an kill the relatives to whom left living it. Green and Blue of the ocean are a picua combination.
