If u like history, this place is one of the most interesting historical place of the country. A beautiful movie of David Lean was done here for two years, with a very interesting discussion

Thanks Nico, a very interesting link. This is a popular part of the world for film sets. I've been coming here regualrly since I was a child, I absolutely love it.

Thank you JIMBX

You are correct. This is on the lower slopes of Mt Eagle, just a couple of minutes from Dunquin and it's wonderfully picturesque harbour. i hope to add a decent shot of it in the future also.

Best regards

John
