Deservedly well maintained.
Hi Ian, nice homestead.
Thanks pauwels ferdi. This architecture with verandas, corrugated iron roof and timber walls is typical of farmers homes built in the first half of the 20th Century in this part of Australia. Before that they were much smaller and simpler or in the case of the few larger ones, they were reminiscent of Britain and built of local stone. Recent generations have built with brick on concrete slabs, primarily.
