Hi Berend,

They have come a long way from the days of cotton-pickers were the tragic days of slavery. Spraying and picking cotton requires high axles!

Cheers Jeff,

When I am driving and I find myself thinking that I would love to share this place with some of my overseas friends, I have to make do with the camera and Panoramio!

So here is a scene from part of Queensland that I know and enjoy! Thanks for the compliment.

You know I love rural scenery! Like

There's plenty of rural scenery out on the Condamine Plains, Luca. It is a very productive area of Queensland.

Kind regards,

Very nice!Like!

...and it is nice to be among the cotton fields, Nick, especially now, when there has been good rain to start the summer and the cotton prices are good. I think this new machinery tells us that the bank manager is also happy with the prospects of good harvests.
