Not "road." "Winding road." Lovely, gentle shot.

Even though we learned in geometry lessons in school that the shortest connection between two points is a straight line they still create such roads. :)

BTW, well put into practice --> here.

Jā, man arī patīka šī ainava! :)

A lot of k and ā in your language. I'm wondering how this sounds. ;)

:) thanks for trying read local comments write in Latvian! :)

If about pronouncing our alphabet letters - they sounds very similar to English or German pronouncing. Special or accuted letters depends from letter type. Consonants - š sounds like sch, ļ like lj - and so on to follow general rule than letter with acute sonds softer.

Vovels rules are even much easier - they must be pronounced twice longer than withut accute. (ā = aa; ē = ee and so on)

You said k and ā a lot in each sentence? Never made attention before, just thought than top 3 of popular letters are s a (short) and i.

By pronouncing and complexity of rules, Latvian language are not easy. Best results in clear pronouncing showed teachers or frequent visitors from China and Japan! :D
