yes, the walk to Hanging Rock was a special experience to me, unlike many other attractions in the Blue Mountains it is not accessible by road and it is also not widely advertised or signposted. You got to do your homework to get there. Some of the best footage of it is in an I-Max format movie called "Wild Australia - The Edge".
