I can remember seeing this view from the bow of a rowing eight during the Boston Marathon back in the 60's. The cathedral took ages to get smaller, and my arse was suffering something terrible at this stage!.It ONLY took 4hrs and 20 mins to get to Boston, by which time everything hurt!
