Greetings Billy, Thanks for visiting Fremont Pass and you wonderful thoughts. I got in a little skiing in the gulch and a great picture expedition to Independence Pass with a short side trip Up Tennessee Pass. It is amazing how much terrain can be put in such a small space. The clouds from the previous day's storm had all moved out and all there was was brilliant sunshine. The wind was there to decorate the high ridges with spindrift scarves. The new snow was great. Thanks again for stopping by.

Greetings Bjorn, Thanks for visiting and your wonderful comment. As the snow builds up in this large cirque the skiing and scenery get better and better. I will try and get some more shots inside the bowl later this winter. Merry Christmas to you and your family and have a Happy New Year.
