Now I understand why various types of vessels are moored in the vicinity..This is a proper boatyard capable of fixing old ships. There is a lot of expensive timber weathering in this yard...Such material is a rare commodity in the UK..I help out at my local boatyard and when materials are required to repair the odd wooden vessel, they are difficult to source and cost a bomb.

Enjoyable pic!

Cheers
