Lovely set of photo's of Castle Combe, Rosa, this village was also the film set for Dr Dolittle Another place to visit!!. Cheers John.

Rosalyn Hilborne on February 28, 2012

Hello John, yes that's right. Castle Combe was portrayed as a fishing village and they built a jetty on the banks of the river pictured. I remember them having to flood a large area. I bet they wouldn't get away with that now! Cheers, Rosa.
