Video1 Giorgio de Chirico- The Railway Station was constructed from Volos Thessaly Railways Company was designed by Italian engineer Evaristo de Chirico in 1882 and since then has remained virtually unchanged. The Italian engineer Evaristo De Chirico was the father of the famous surrealist painter Giorgio de Chirico at the end of 19 century, he designed and oversaw the construction of the railway line Volos Pelion. The Evaristo De Chirico was a man of the nineteenth century, was an engineer and at the same time lord from another era. He studied engineering in Florence and Turin. Has moved to Volos, where he was born July 10, 1888 painter Giorgio de Chirico (1888-1978).
