There's something about roofs and exterior walls where all the attention in design was focused on function rather than form.

The end result is that our eyes usually skate over them when they are in view - our attention just slides by onto something of more interest.

Just occasionally, when the light is right, they can suddenly become something worth noticing... to my eye, anyway

Thanks mate, this one was more hopeful than planned.

It wasn't obvious from the colour shot, as taken, that there was potential for a great mono hiding inside :) It was the quality of the sky and the reflections off the roof that caught my breath as I did the conversion. Glad you liked it :)
