Hi Gordon! I think the Google folks added that after they bought Panoramio and after I uploaded that photo...not sure tho'. :) I did that with my uploads of the photos at Cowboys Stadium....It's a good thing, because as you said, pages away from the first comment it shows. Have spent most of the day trying to catch up with Pano uploads....looking at all of them and making comments. Wasn't about to go outside 6 p.m. it was 108F, which I think is 43+C.
