I assumed the fallen statue would have been restored to its plinth, but it seems to have vanished completely. Oddly, an information board in front of the Victoria statue (which is recent judging by its mention of a website) says "there are bronze figures of Peace and Industry on either side", which makes me wonder if this statue has been back in place since 1986 only to fall down again recently.
