Incorrect description of location. Should be Surlingham, not Brundall.

This is photo of the boathouse not Coldham Hall which is an attractive thatched brick building located nearby on the riverside in SURLINGHAM

If we're being really picky, it is a wet boathouse or wet shed, used by Coldham Hall Sailing Club, originally part of the Coldham Hall pub (now 'tavern') outbuildings. I agree it is not in Brundall, but it is not actually in Surlingham either. Surlingham is the nearest village, but this part of the river bank, including the boatyard, is also historically referred to as Coldham Hall. Robert May, R.H. Mottram and Robert Maltster all make reference to 'the yard' or 'the quay' as well as 'the tavern' at Coldham Hall. So I don't think it is unreasonable to refer to this as being at 'Coldham Hall'.
