Yes it was very cold, but a fantastic day all the same. It was taken from just above the Pyg track, shortly after the turn-off for Crib Goch

Thanks for the info - it looks bitingly cold. Did you cross Grib Goch to the Snowdon summit? Not tired Grib Goch yet want more experience and perfect weather first - it looks seriously dangerous. The Watkin Path has its moments though.

Yes we did, it was great fun in the snow! If you haven't done it before though I would recommend waiting until a day with good weather. It's not too dangerous though as long as you're careful. Give it a go though, it's a fantastic ridge! I'm a big fan of the Watkin path too.
