As you can tell, I am enjoying your capture of cold winter in Switzerland. Great contrast from where I am, warm, hot, humid Singapore. Air-conditioning and freezer helps.
Beautiful! The whole series is, May, I love the way you have caught the sunlight shining through the ice! Theolfa
John, thanks a lot! We've really had some extreme cold days, but now Spring has come again. Cheers, May
Theolfa, thank you very much, I am happy you like those photos. We are very glad, the cold season is over. Best wishes, May
Another year has passed and I hope the cold season has shown signs of abating, and the thaw has begun, with light and spring colours to saturate your world again, May.
Dear Ian, thank you for your kind words! No signs of spring yet, there is still snow on the hills in the Emmental.
Best wishes, May
I will be in Europe in late May into June, May, but there is no opportunity to travel to Switzerland, unfortunately! But it is always nice to have these little conversations with you. Here, the temperatures are slowly dropping, and the summer grasses have all gone to seed. Thus the green fields have change colour to wards yellow or fawn depending on the species of grass.
Ian, we are getting hopefully into Spring after another visit of winter. As your fields grow into yellow, ours turn into green.
I guess, you'll find on your journey, that Europe has changed a lot. However, I wish you a safe journey and many positive meetings in old Europe!
Take care of you,
