Hi Susan. Glad you liked the picture, it was a nostalgic visit for us, we used to visit the Cross Guns pub just along from here. The canal wasn't in use at that time. I'm afraid I don't have pictures of Latton I've only driven past it between Cirencester and Swindon. I hope that's the one you mean, if so I can probable dive that way and take a few pictures for you.

Yep, that's the one. We lived in The Croft, which was a biggish house divided into flats, and owned by the Creamery, where my mother worked. It was demolished fairly recently to build medium-density housing - an interesting choice for a village without a shop or petrol station...
