A-ha! A very nice, colorful image. Out of curiosity, did you try to have your converging lines lead towards the sun? (I'm not saying what you have up doesn't work, it does!) Hmmm, that would probably involve coming there a few days (weeks?) later (which is out of the question) or shooting from the other side of the pier (which you did)... Just wondering.

Good morning, Sir! Thanks - I'm glad you like this one. Actually, yeah I played around with idea but couldn't quite pull it off. It put me standing so close to the lighthouse (with this angle to the sun) that there were no more "leading lines".

PS - this one ain't half bad for 3 handheld at +/- 2.0 EV, huh? Something of fairytale saturation but I like it.

I'm thinking that you might be quite getting into this HDR nonsense now a wee bit!

This is truly awsome my friend. A wonderful image.

..... and a great sacrifice, how many toes and fingers did you loose taking this?

Nice one - Jethro

That's a great compliment coming from you, Jethro. But I think Mother Nature gets all the credit here for supplying such stunning colors to paint with!
