Hello Els - That tree is beautiful... and somehow it seems a perfect match for the celtic cross...

Hello Steve, fantastic composition! BIG LIKE! Best wishes and kind regards Thomas
Hello Thomas! It was that tree that 'did it' for me.... The Celtic cross in front of it just completed the scene....
Thanks for the generous praise... and for the like
I love this picture. Light and delicate, with something a little unsettling about it,(I suspect its the tree).
Good luck in the contest ! L&V.
Greetings Pat! Welcome to my Panoramio gallery :-) I do like your comment... You see with a keen eye. The conifers that grow pin this part of the world frequently have seriously twisted branches that can suggest all sorts to the imagination.. It was the shape of this tree and its proximity to the Celtic cross that grabbed my attention.
Thanks everso for taking the time to vote and drop by the gallery...
Very beautiful B/W photo!!!! LIKE and VOTED. greetings from Poland Artur
Greetings Artur - Welcome to my Panoramio gallery....
Thank you for taking the time to vote for this photo.... I am grateful :-)
What can I say ? You are too kind, (really ! you are too kind !)but I never refuse a compliment so,thank you.
I've had a browse through your gallery and it's not too shabby. I particularly like your images of ancient ecclesiastic buildings both interior and exterior, they're beautiful structures and you capture them so sympathetically. In fact a respect for, and an understanding of all you subject matter comes across very clearly through out your gallery. It's been an inspiration, and now I can see the mountain I have to climb. Many thanks Steve !
