Snemann: Thank you. I was able to contact the surfer through a local surf shop and send him a copy of the picture. Winter in the Irish Sea can be very cold, but there are also surfers in Norway - even colder!
In the UK we use 5:4:3 wetsuits in winter and they keep you comfortable for about 90 minutes, but the North Sea is a different environment altogether. Norwegian surfers use our winter suits in their summer!

Yes, I have heard of them.. I like snow and cold weather, but this seems absolutely freezing and uncomfortable to me. Tough guys.
