OSuper! bilazeći teren našao sam u jednoj smrekovoj(valjda) šumi na čitava polja rujnica. Kako je spremiti?

DVA RECIPESA... 1.- Peći na gradele,okrenuta naopako da su listići gore,po njima sipati 5-6 kapi ulja,žlicu vina i malo soka od naranče.

2.- Na gulaš - izrezati na šnite debljine do 2 cm ili na kockice,frigati na malo ulja,a potom dodati pelat od rajčice ili svježe rajčice na šnite,barem 2 komada.Po želji vegete,papra,peršina,selena.Dinstati do 10 minuta!Jede se toplo!
