Day Break and Water Fall

One of the less known facts about Niagara Falls is that the flow of water over the falls is not at all uniform but actually decreases during the night (when no one is presumably enjoying the view) and more water is diverted to the feeder tunnels to the holding ponds and hydro-power stations on both the Canadian and US sides of the river.
So, one could say, as day breaks, more water falls!
