i dont know how the white balance rules works here, but i find these brown-ish v orange-ish tones very pleasing to my eye. snow and clouds... i dont have much experience with snowy scenery, but i think my best night shots are with the snow and clouds... no-clouds make for too dark sky, but then again- pros dont take pictures that late at night, its just us silly amateurs :D
