Thanks again, Andy. Praise indeed from somebody as adept as yourself at finding attractive and interesting rocks! I've noticed this relatively small rock features quite prominently or otherwise in other people's photos of Loch Achtriochtan. Perhaps it has magical magnetic qualities!

Many thanks, Sorina. As you've probably guessed, this is that rock appearing in your photo too; at least, I think it's the same one. It was the height of summer, so lots of flowers, grass etc had sprung up around it.
