WHAT A BEAUTIFUL PICTURE AND PLACE ! MAGNIFICENT POINT OF VIEW ! TAKE MY YSL WITH MY GREETINGS ! DEAR FRIEND ALENDE, IN GOA PEOPLE STILL SPEAK PORTUGUESE ? GOOD WEEKEND TO YOU ! ALTHAYR... FROM SANTOS-SP,BRAZIL
Thank you my dear friend Althayr for your kind visit, nice comments and YSL. Goa is a wonderful place but full of tourists from all over the world. It is full of beaches and I've gone more than 6. The Old Goa (Margoa) is a World Heritage Site by UNESCO with many Churches and Monasteries made by Portuguese and is of more than 400 years old. There are old people who speak Portuguese but most of the general popln speak Konkani (61 pc), Marathi, Kannada, Hindi, English etc. The Portuguese influence can be seen in the dress and the building styles. Have a nice weekend. Greetings. Alende
