This seems to be a global phenomenon Kenny.

I found a scarf around a tree here at my favorite lake a year or so ago. I researched the matter and found there was this thing called Yarnbombing - no seriously!

So, Saltburn pier has been yarnbombed and in such a beautiful way.

Well caught that man!
