Thanks Marilyn. We used to see this cement works from a distance on a higher road when visiting friends in the area. My youngest daughter, when she was 4 or 5 saw it in full production with masses of steam pouring from the chimneys, ‘Oh look’ she said ‘there’s a cloud factory’.
