Another taken on my trip to Aldeburgh on new year's eve. A brilliant winter sun broke through the dark clouds for 10 minutes and I dashed around like a mad thing trying to make the most of it.

To me, the boats look like they are moored on a sea of grass ..alright, parked, not moored, but hey - go with the flow! :)

Hi. It's better to set your aperture and vary the shutter speed with your bracketing...5-7 shots. If you want a good depth-of-field, set it first (8 probably gives the sharpest detail, but you could try 11 or 16) HDR works best with items that don't move. Great photo of the boat, by the way.

Yeah, know what you mean, LM.. thanks for the visit to my stuff - glad you liked it.

If ever you're near Royal William Yard - pop into the Masavision Gallery, through the coffee house. You'll see some of my work there.

** Y* on this one, you have the levels in black&white photos well tuned. I like how the light plays on the grass and boats - soon enough they will be on the water I am sure)

Best.
