I do not follow the race circuit and was happy to be able to learn from the pros who do, quips like, "shoot @ 1/60sec and pan!" Whoa, at first you are lucky to get the car in the frame, to be crisp, your panning has to be dead on, and that takes practice. I got better on the second and third day but still liked the turns with more head on shots. The drivers prefer shots with other cars close and them preferable in the lead position :-).
