Neo Mikro Horio (New Small Village) is a mountain village of the prefecture of Evrytania, on the banks of the river Karpenissiotis. Belongs to the municipality of Karpenissi and is situated 15 km far away from Karpenisi. Its population according to 2001 census is 312 residents. It was built by residents of the Mikro Horio (Small Village), which was abandoned after a large landslide that occurred on January 13, 1963 on the slope north of the village, killing 13 people. The New Little Village has developed a significant tourism infrastructure by exploiting his position on the road Karpenissi - Proussos but also very beautiful natural environment.
South of the village there is half a km dirt road which ends at the Holy Monastery of Saint Mary of Egypt, which was founded in early 1970. It belonged to the abbey of Tatarna.
