Thank you Corey, the tide was out and I saw perfect shoreline to stand on under the tower so I said why not

I would never hop or jump a fence that has posted no trespassing, this tower comes right down alongside to the public Saw Mill Creek Trail, it was low tide I walked a little in the Mud and just pointed the camera up I never climbed up the tower.. Climbing an electric tower one could risk getting electric shocked, and a fall risk as well.... Thank you Patrick, just wished I didn't get that sun glare in the photo...

Some peoles look at powerlinesas an eyesore, personally I think they're pretty cool and make good pictures, beauty is in the eye of the beholder. Michael :)

I would agree with you Michael, really if we didn't have them we probably couldn't upload photos on Panoramio right now.. Without the electricity to power our lives our computers that we upload with would be useless.. Until the day comes where everybody can be energy independent will be day that we no longer need power lines.. Possibly no communication lines either all wireless, and no cell towers... No matter how the power is made we still have a need for these power lines.. I would agree with some to not live underneath the lines for fear of radiation, but at a safe distance I would welcome the power lines in my back yard..
