As Paul said, the location is picked by Panoramio automatically when you upload the photo, so it's not Paul's fault if it says that it's near Liverpool instead of in Southport.

Hi The pic was taken in May 2004, i just uploaded a few random shots when i signed up to panoramio last year...there was a building burning down near the bridge on the same day.
