Well Jethro dare I ask if this is a picture of 3 crappie Fisherwomen?

All the best Peter

David Brown Photogra… on April 17, 2012

Thank you Ken I knew there was something I liked about this shot and I think you have it in one!

KC you are the consummate gentleman - thank you kind sir!

They are so few and far between though Sam! But one from time to time is good. I might get hooked.

Thank you Nik - I hung about waiting for them to get into position for me for ages. They did good huh?

Crappie fisherwomen Nice one Peter and for anyone who has not worked that one out go here.

Crappie is a term used for more than just the Pomoxis around here. Locally it basically means pan-fish, any small edible freshwater fish.

Thank you my friends for your kind worms - I mean words - Jethro

The Google statistics people may wonder why the traffic suddenly went down... Well, who would not want to go fishing after seeing a photo like this. A great evening, Jethro.

Hi Jethrohoyt, Like. Just wonderful... I want to go fishing there.

David Brown Photogra… on April 18, 2012

Wow.... I thought this one was OK but didn't expect all the plaudits its getting!

Thank you Sixten I think the fishermen add a certain charm to the sport, don't you?

Bob thank you very much sir, I appreciate your visit.

Come on down Anna we have plenty of fish (unless the heron takes them all first).

Many thanks y'all - Jethro

Fishing, Photography and Women all highlighted by a cracking sunset - that's heaven to me:) Stunning image and deserves all the plaudits.

You speak only the truth Mark - and thanks you for your kind words!

These lassies were having a great time, they were wooping and cheering as other folks caught fish. I never saw them land any though.

Cheers - Jethro

That's a stunner Jethro. Nice colours, texture of the water and a wiggly shoreline. I clicked a button on it.

David Brown Photogra… on April 23, 2012

I'm thinking of taking it down Keith as it seems to be drawing attention and I fear getting a reputation for stealing other people's work as it seems to be so out of character!

As for pressing a button..... oh no, I'm really gonna have to remove it now.........

Many thanks ol' chum - Jethro
