I don't blame you for not paying £8.50 mate, they're going the right way about attracting visitors..NOT. I would much rather come away with a shot of the church and this BD!! nice use of the flash again mate...job done!

It looks a great place to go Neil and I might just have relented and paid the daft price had I gone first thing so I could get a full days pleasure from the place and the possibility of getting some nice photos at quieter moments but as it closed at 5pm I would only have had 3 hours at best. You'd get concessionary rate so well worth a look sometime I'm sure.

Lovely stained glass window Sam wonderful colours, St Hilda's is a very unusual church in appearance. it's a big Like from me..Richard

Thank you Richard, I might have managed to photograph some more of the windows but there was a baptism about to start so I missed out and besides many were obscured at the bottoms by the numerous display boards scattered around which is good if you want to know about the church's history but bad for photography.
