Nice HDR Mark

I really like this a great deal. Photomatix?

Lovely detail, I assume from one RAW, yes?

Good luck and best wishes - Jethro

Excellent! Last few days, exactly same clouds scudding across Madrid - it's all part of the same weather system. If it stays with us one more day I hope for some good pics! Best wishes, Andy. Like

It seems like a life time since I was last on here. I haven't been out much since Easter, I'm a club treasurer and a club membership secretary and this time of year gets a bit busy for me.

Jethro thanks for the visit, nearly correct in your guesswork. I took one(RAW)shot, in Canon's RAW processing software there's a Linear function. If I ticked the Linear box, the image went dark and I wasn't sure how it could be useful. Then I did my homework, what you’re actually seeing is version of the image with an adjusted curve that maximises highlight detail. I used the image created with the Linear box along with the original image to create a HDR image in SNS-HDR.

Andy thank you for your comments and L. The clouds were amazing I wish I had more time that day.

Rosa thanks for the visit, comments and L. It's been a very long time since I've seen the sky look so amazing.

Heinz thank you for your visit, comments and L

piotr. thanks for the WoooW - that's my first one:) and for the L.

Jim thanks for the YS & L they are very much appreciated. The software comes free with their cameras. I haven't really used it much, then I read an article about RAW processing. It turns out that Canons RAW processing software can only be matched by Photoshop plus, Canons software is cheaper;).

Hello Mark :-) Super use of HDR here.. the sky looks truly fabulous - made even better by the reflections in the water... The title shows your usual flair of imagination too :-)

I can't say I'm and HDR fan, but it certainly has given this some appeal. Great title.
