Lovely "Shade of Green" on aptly named Pinetree Drive

The green canopy of these tall fine tropical pine trees, provide cool shade on a hot Miami day. Pinetree Drive is often regarded as one of Miami's top neighborhoods and offers some of the most luxurious homes, but also many modest houses in this established part of Miami Beach.
if anybody knows the name of this pine tree, please let me know.
